EV charging infrastructure company Bolt.Earth has partnered with electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy to expand fast-charging accessibility across more than 100 cities in India. The collaboration aims to strengthen the public EV charging network and make fast charging more convenient for electric scooter users.

Through this partnership, Ather riders will gain access to Bolt.Earth’s fast-charging network, allowing them to easily locate compatible chargers through digital platforms. The integration is expected to improve the overall charging experience by offering better connectivity between vehicles and charging stations.

As part of the initiative, Bolt.Earth’s Blaze DC fast chargers will support Ather electric scooters with compatible charging standards. These chargers are designed to provide faster charging compared to conventional solutions and help riders reduce downtime during daily travel.

The companies said the collaboration focuses on improving charging accessibility in key urban markets where EV adoption is growing rapidly. By increasing charger visibility and availability, the partnership aims to address one of the major concerns of EV users, which is charging convenience.

This move also reflects the growing trend of interoperability in India’s EV sector, where charging providers and vehicle manufacturers are working together to build an open and accessible ecosystem. Such collaborations are expected to accelerate electric vehicle adoption and support India’s clean mobility goals.

Going forward, both companies plan to continue expanding their charging footprint and enhancing fast-charging solutions to support the increasing number of electric two-wheelers on Indian roads. The partnership marks another step toward building a stronger and more reliable EV charging infrastructure in the country.
