Green SM has officially launched its all-electric taxi service in Bali, marking a major step in expanding sustainable urban mobility solutions in Indonesia. The move supports the country’s broader transition toward cleaner transportation alternatives.

The launch was held in Denpasar and coincided with the city’s 238th anniversary. To celebrate the occasion, the company introduced a limited-time promotional offer providing a 25 percent fare discount, capped at IDR 238,000 per trip.

Green SM has partnered with local taxi operator Taksi Komotra to operate the service in Bali. Under the partnership, Green SM provides the fully electric vehicle fleet, technology platform, operational standards, and driver training systems, while Taksi Komotra contributes its established local network and operational experience.

The taxi fleet consists entirely of zero-emission electric vehicles, aimed at reducing air pollution and supporting Bali’s sustainability goals. The initiative aligns with growing demand for environmentally responsible transport solutions, particularly in tourism-focused regions.

The service operates under Green SM’s “5 Green Promises” framework, which emphasizes professional drivers, vehicle safety, transparent pricing, and high service standards. The company is also developing a structured driver ecosystem focused on professionalism, discipline, and stable income opportunities.

With this expansion, Green SM continues to strengthen its presence in Indonesia’s evolving electric mobility landscape, positioning itself as a key contributor to the country’s clean transportation transition.
