India’s transport and infrastructure landscape is rapidly evolving with AI, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), smart traffic management and connected mobility solutions. Reflecting this transformation, the 14th edition of Transport + Traffic Infratech Expo co-located with Road Infratech Expo and Parking Infratech Expo will bring ITS India Congress alongside the expo from 7– 8 October 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The Expo will bring together 55+ exhibitors, showcasing new technology and product launches for transport, road and parking infrastructure, and will draw the government representatives, policymakers, technology providers and industry professionals around advanced transport solutions.
The expo is supported by key government and industry bodies including the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), Digital India, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research – Central Road Research Institute (CSIR-CRRI), Indian Highways Management Company Ltd (IHMCL) and Association of State Road Transport Undertakings (ASRTU).
The upcoming edition marks a strategic evolution of the platform, placing stronger emphasis on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Intelligent Traffic Management Systems (ITMS), AI-powered traffic solutions, Connected Vehicles, integrated mobility infrastructure and Multi-Lane Free Flow (MLFF) tolling. This evolution is underpinned by a long-term strategic alliance between Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India, VIS Group and ITS India Forum to organise the ITS India Congress alongside the Transport + Traffic Infratech Expo with concurrent shows Road Infratech Expo and Parking Infratech Expo.
There will be added focus on Public Transportation category, spanning e-ticketing, smart cards, integrated communication systems, digital displays, public addressing, and security and surveillance solutions — reflecting the growing pace of digitisation across India’s transit systems. ITS /Telematics emerges as one of the fastest-growing segments this year, underscoring the shift towards connected, data-driven fleet and traffic solutions.
The exhibitor line-up features leading Indian names including Aabmatica Technologies Pvt Ltd, Aditya Infotech Ltd, Go IP Global Services Pvt Ltd, Kataline Ltd, Katomaran Technologies Pvt Ltd, Newtech Video System Pvt Ltd, Netrabit Networks Pvt Ltd, Norden Communication Pvt Ltd, Prama India Pvt Limited, Wizpro Consultech Pvt Ltd, Samriddhi Automations Pvt Ltd (Sparsh) and alongside international participation from LLC ‘IRZ’ Telecom — signalling growing global interest in India’s transport and mobility infrastructure sector.
The ITS India Congress 2026, themed “Connected, Integrated and Intelligent Mobility for Viksit Bharat 2047,” runs across two days at Hall 1, Bharat Mandapam. Day one covers India’s ITS roadmap, AI-driven traffic management and digital enforcement, barrierless tolling and road-user charging (MLFF, GNSS-based systems), and connected mobility technologies such as V2X — with participation from ARAI, CSIR-CRRI, IHMCL, IRF, MoRTH, NHAI, NITI Aayog and international ITS bodies from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan, alongside leading ITS companies. Day two focuses on multimodal logistics under PM Gati Shakti, capacity building and ITS standards, and a Global ITS Leadership Dialogue Roundtable — with involvement from Government, Industry, and leading academic institutions, closing with a valedictory session and award ceremony of the solutions presented at the National Road Safety Technology (NRSTC) 2026 at IIT Bombay. The most awaited event on the calendar for India’s ITS ecosystem and stakeholders, the Congress is a rare forum where government, industry, academia and innovators meet as equals to shape the policies, standards and partnerships that will define how India moves.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, said: ” Every edition of Transport + Traffic Infratech Expo has presented a rich and wide-ranging product showcase reflecting India’s own transport priorities, and this one is no different. What makes 2026 stand out for us is bringing the ITS India Congress directly into the show — so the conversations happening on stage, between policymakers and various transport authorities, are taking place right next to the technologies on the exhibition floor.”
Mr Jayprakash Nair, Managing Director, Virtual Info Systems Pvt Ltd, added: “We’re seeing real momentum in how Indian cities and states are approaching smart mobility — cities and states are not only piloting these technologies anymore – they are also actively procuring them. What makes this show different is that it is genuinely B2G visitors get direct access to the government bodies and transport authorities making these procurement decisions, not just other vendors. For technology providers and experts attending this October, that means real conversations with the people who set policy and budgets, alongside the chance to see the latest technologies.
Mr Akhilesh Srivastava, President, ITS India Congress, said: “Technology alone does not save lives. Collaboration does. Intelligent transport systems deliver real impact only when those who build the technology and those who shape policy work hand in hand. That is exactly what the ITS India Congress at Transport + Traffic Infratech Expo makes possible. Under one roof at Bharat Mandapam, policymakers, transport authorities, technology innovators, infrastructure developers and mobility experts will come together to turn ideas into action, from AI-driven traffic management and connected infrastructure to smart mobility and Road Safety 2.0. India is building roads at record speed; now we must make them intelligent, safe and future-ready. This edition is where that conversation becomes a roadmap.”
