Maruti Suzuki has introduced its new “e for me” platform to make electric vehicle ownership more convenient across India. The platform integrates the company’s charging network with partner-operated chargers, allowing EV users to access all services through a single mobile app. The initiative aims to simplify charging and improve customer experience as the company enters the EV market.
The company has already installed over 2,000 charging points across more than 1,100 cities through its dealer and service network. In addition, Maruti Suzuki has partnered with 13 charge point operators to provide access to a wider network of public chargers. The platform aggregates both Maruti-operated and partner-operated stations to offer seamless usage.
The “e for me” app features include searching for public and home chargers, planning routes with charging stops, and using remote controls for home charging such as start, stop, and power management. Payment options include UPI and Maruti Suzuki Money, bringing all EV-related services into one unified interface to reduce range anxiety among users.
Along with charging support, Maruti Suzuki has strengthened its service ecosystem for EVs. The company has equipped over 1,500 workshops with EV-ready facilities and trained service teams to handle maintenance and repair requirements. This ensures customers receive reliable after-sales support as EV adoption increases.
These preparations align with the upcoming launch of Maruti Suzuki’s first electric SUV, the eVX. The company aims to provide customers with easy access to service, charging, and operational assistance once the model enters the market. The platform is positioned as a key element in supporting the brand’s EV strategy.
