Ola Electric has reported a strong start to FY26, registering 43,719 electric vehicles (EVs) during the first quarter (April–June 2026). Based on VAHAN registration data, the company nearly doubled its sequential sales compared to the previous quarter, reflecting a significant improvement in its retail performance.

The company recorded 16,144 vehicle registrations in June 2026, making it its highest monthly registration figure in recent quarters. The June performance played a key role in driving the overall Q1 FY26 registrations and highlights the company’s improving momentum in the electric two-wheeler market.

According to Ola Electric, the growth was supported by better operational execution, improved vehicle availability, and continued customer demand across its electric scooter portfolio. The company said these factors contributed to the strong quarter-on-quarter increase in registrations.

An Ola Electric spokesperson stated that the company delivered a solid performance during the first quarter of FY26, with registrations nearly doubling sequentially. The spokesperson added that the company remains focused on delivering innovative products while enhancing the overall ownership experience for its customers.

The latest registration figures come as India’s electric two-wheeler segment continues to expand, supported by growing consumer interest in electric mobility and an increasing range of EV options across the market. Industry demand remains a key driver for continued growth in the sector.

With 43,719 registrations in Q1 FY26 and a strong performance in June, Ola Electric has begun the new financial year on a positive note. The latest VAHAN data reflects a notable sequential improvement in registrations, reinforcing the company’s position as one of the leading players in India’s electric two-wheeler industry.
