Leapmotor Unveils B10 Electric SUV Starting at €29,900

Leapmotor, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer backed by Stellantis, has officially launched its B10 electric SUV in the European market. Priced from €29,900, the B10 aims to offer a premium and smart mobility experience tailored to European drivers, combining advanced technology, safety, and connectivity features with a sleek, user-centric design.

Battery Options and Range

The Leapmotor B10 comes with two battery options:

  • 56.2 kWh LFP battery: Offers a WLTP range of up to 361 km.

  • 67.1 kWh NMC battery: Delivers a WLTP range of up to 434 km.

Both battery options support 11 kW AC charging and ultra-fast DC charging up to 168 kW, allowing the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in under 20 minutes, making it convenient for long-distance travel.

Performance and Driving Experience

The B10 features a high-efficiency electric motor producing 218 hp and 240 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 8 seconds and achieves a top speed of 170 km/h, offering a balance of performance and efficiency for urban and highway driving.

Interior, Design, and Technology

The B10’s cabin measures 4,515 mm in length, 1,885 mm in width, and 1,655 mm in height, providing a spacious and comfortable interior. Key features include:

  • 14.6-inch floating touchscreen for infotainment and navigation.

  • 1.8 m² panoramic glass roof for enhanced cabin ambiance.

  • Multiple storage compartments for convenience.

  • Available in two trims: LIFE (base) and DESIGN (premium).

The B10 is built on the LEAP 3.5 architecture, featuring a central domain control system integrating both driving and cockpit functions. The vehicle includes 17 ADAS features, a 360° camera system, and a high-strength steel safety cage, targeting a five-star E-NCAP safety rating.

Availability and Pricing

The B10 is available in Europe with the LIFE trim starting at €29,900 and the DESIGN trim at €32,900. In the UK, it is priced at £29,995 with a £1,500 LEAP GRANT for retail customers. Deliveries are expected to begin in December 2025.

Strategic Partnership with Stellantis

Leapmotor’s expansion into Europe is supported by Stellantis, which holds a 21% stake in the company. Stellantis has exclusive rights to export and manufacture Leapmotor vehicles outside Greater China, enabling a strong launch in Europe and plans to expand into South Africa. This partnership strengthens Leapmotor’s global reach and accelerates the adoption of affordable electric mobility in international markets.
