Montra Electric, the electric mobility arm of the Murugappa Group, has taken a significant step in its national expansion strategy by inaugurating dedicated dealerships for its electric Small Commercial Vehicle (e-SCV) and three-wheeler (e-3W) ranges in Raipur. These showrooms are operated in partnership with Ralas Wheels Pvt Ltd.
The new e-SCV outlet features the company’s flagship EViator model, designed to serve intercity logistics, market-heavy loads, and dependable cargo transport. Meanwhile, the e-3W showroom hosts the Super Auto and Super Cargo models, purpose-built for urban and semi-urban mobility with a focus on high efficiency and income potential.
Both dealerships come equipped with comprehensive service infrastructure, including maintenance and after-sales support, tailored to meet the growing demand for electric commercial vehicles in Raipur.
The launch ceremony was graced by prominent figures: Chairman Arun Murugappan of TI Clean Mobility (Montra Electric), Raipur’s Mayor Meenal Choubey, Managing Director Jalaj Gupta, CEO Saju Nair of TIVOLT Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, Mohit Singhania of Ralas Wheels, and Himanshu Aggarwal, Head of Sales & Service, Montra Electric Last-mile. Their presence underscored the importance of Raipur and Chhattisgarh in Montra Electric’s expansion roadmap.

In terms of specifications, the EViator e-SCV delivers a certified range of 245 km (approximately 170+ km in real-world conditions), powered by an 80-kW motor offering 300 Nm of torque. It comes with advanced telematics for over 95% uptime and boasts an industry-leading 7-year or 250,000-km warranty.
The Super Auto offers a real-world range exceeding 155 km, a 10-kW motor, and is backed by a 3-year or 100,000-km warranty (extendable by 2 years or 50,000 km). The Super Cargo shines with a real-world range of 170+ km, an 11-kW motor delivering 70 Nm torque, fast-charging capability (under 60 minutes), and a substantial 5-year or 175,000-km battery warranty.
With this dual-dealership launch, Montra Electric reinforces its leadership in India’s transition toward electric commercial mobility, further expanding its network of sales and service infrastructure to accelerate adoption in both passenger and cargo segments.
