Olectra Greentech reported its financial results for the third quarter of the 2025-26 fiscal year, highlighting record quarterly electric vehicle deliveries and a notable increase in revenue. The Hyderabad-based electric bus and commercial EV maker delivered 385 electric vehicles during October-December 2025 — the highest number in its history and a strong 37% rise from the 282 units it delivered in the same period last year.

The company’s consolidated revenue for Q3 FY26 surged 29% year-on-year to ₹663.60 crore, compared with ₹514.50 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. This growth was driven primarily by higher delivery volumes and improved operational execution across its EV segments.

On the profitability front, Olectra reported an EBITDA of ₹97.10 crore, reflecting an approximately 19% increase over the prior year, underlining better operating leverage as volumes expanded. Net profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹46.68 crore, remaining largely stable compared to the previous year’s figures.

The company’s cumulative EV deliveries now stand at 3,639 units, supported by a strong order book of 9,439 vehicles, which provides visibility for revenue in the upcoming quarters. In addition to buses, the deliveries this quarter included 24 electric tippers, pointing to a diversification in its product mix.

Commenting on the results, Managing Director Mahesh Babu emphasized that the certification of Olectra’s Blade Battery Pack — an industry first in India’s electric bus segment — marks a significant technology milestone. He noted that production of buses equipped with the advanced battery technology is expected to begin in the next quarter, positioning the company competitively in the EV market.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported revenue of ₹1,667.45 crore, up 23% year-on-year, while EBITDA rose to ₹246.08 crore and profit after tax increased to ₹122.14 crore, reflecting consistent growth and operational stability over the longer period.
