TERREPOWER has launched electric vehicle batteries under its Ontility brand across Europe and North America, expanding its focus on EV battery lifecycle solutions. Ontility is dedicated to battery lifecycle services as well as energy storage systems and components, with solutions covering validated reuse, remanufacturing, repurposing and recycling.
The company said the new offering is designed to help customers maximise the value of EV batteries while supporting longer vehicle lifecycles. TERREPOWER aims to reduce unnecessary battery replacements and preserve valuable battery materials for future use through practical and scalable circular-economy solutions.
The launch comes as EV adoption continues to grow across Europe and North America, increasing demand for aftermarket battery solutions, fleet support and compliant end-of-life battery management. Through Ontility, TERREPOWER will support vehicle owners, installers, fleets, OEMs, channel partners and salvage operators by prioritising the return of usable batteries to vehicles whenever possible.
Ontility’s EV battery solutions include validated and warranty-backed battery systems for out-of-warranty electric vehicles, along with installation-ready solutions intended to reduce service complexity and turnaround time. The offering also provides lower-cost alternatives to complete battery replacement and supports extended vehicle and fleet life through remanufacturing processes.
When batteries can no longer be returned to automotive use, TERREPOWER plans to provide responsible pathways for repurposing and recycling. The company’s approach focuses on preserving battery value for as long as possible before moving to second-life applications or material recovery, supporting a more circular approach to EV battery management.
The Ontility launch is supported by TERREPOWER’s continued investments in battery lifecycle capabilities across Europe and North America, along with an updated digital presence and expanded product offering. The company expects demand for EV battery lifecycle solutions to increase as more electric vehicles move beyond their original warranty periods, making battery reuse, remanufacturing, repurposing and recycling increasingly important.
